The People Behind Every Successful Project

Rob is the Director and a highly experienced industry professional with a career spanning back to 1996. Rob has successfully delivered numerous high-profile industrial and commercial projects, specialising in insulated panel installation and large-scale controlled environment facilities.

Rob has extensive experience in delivering complex projects, including major Fonterra powder towers. These projects have involved large-scale recladding, structural coordination, and working within operational environments while maintaining strict timelines.

Most recently, Rob has been leading delivery on a landmark project in Sydney – the Woolworths Sydney Chilled and Fresh Distribution Centre (SCFDC), comprising approximately 120,000 sqm of insulated panel installation. This facility is largest controlled environment building in the Southern Hemisphere.

Neil is the General Manager for F&R Insulation Panels and comes with an extensive background in the insulated panel industry dating back to 1993. In that time Neil has worked for Lanwood Industries, The Insulation Panel & Door Co Ltd, Bondor NZ and most recently Askin (NSW) Performance Panel. He has comprehensive industry experience over all of the different insulated panel cores and this is backed by a strong technical background in Project Management and Quantity Surveying.

Earl is an experienced Project Manager and also   provides internal technical support to the team. With over 12 years of hands-on experience, providing  guidance and customer support across commercial and industrial projects, Earl is known for delivering practical solutions, reliable advice, and has strong product knowledge in insulated panel systems.

Working closely with customers, contractors and project teams, Earl assists in ensuring insulation panel products are installed correctly and projects run smoothly from start to finish. Earl’s approachable nature and industry expertise make Earl a valued member of the F&R Insulation Panels team.

Rania ensures delivery of major projects, working closely with senior management to ensure high standards of on site execution and coordination. With strong organisational capabilities, Rania has successfully overseen multiple and concurrent projects, managing site teams, logistics, and program delivery. Over the past year, Rania has taken a leading role in coordinating operations across a range of projects while supporting international commitments. Working alongside team leads, Rania has ensured consistent delivery, effective communication, and alignment with client expectations.

Rania brings a hands-on approach to site management, demonstrated through active involvement in construction environments, including projects requiring working at height and complex installation processes. Rania’s focus on safety, planning, and team leadership has contributed to successful outcomes across both New Zealand and Australian operations.
